Branch Management

Create and manage branches within your school. Only accessible to School Admins.

Creating a Branch

  1. Navigate to Branches in the sidebar.
  2. Click "Add Branch".
  3. Fill in the details:
    • Name — e.g., "DPS North Campus"
    • Code — A short unique code (e.g., "DPS-NC")
    • Address, Phone, Email — Branch contact information
    • Principal Name — Name of the branch principal
  4. Click Save.

Branch Limit

Your school has a maximum branch limit set by your subscription/plan. You cannot create more branches than this limit. Contact Support to increase it if needed.

Editing & Deactivating

  • Click the Edit icon to modify branch details.
  • Click the Delete icon to remove a branch. This will also cascade-delete all classes, attendance records, and related data.
