Manage student details, photos, and auto-provision linked parent accounts.

Viewing and Editing Profiles

• Navigate to Student Profiles.
• Use the filter to select a branch and class to find the student.
• Click "View Profile" to open the slide-over pane.
• To upload a photo, click on the profile image block. It will instantly update.
• Update the address, guardian, admission, and other demographic details properly.

Auto Parent Linking

Whenever you edit the guardian/parent email fields in the student profile and save, the system will automatically create/link a Parent role account to the student. There's no separate step to configure parent access!
