Student Guide

How to use the student portal to view your records.

My Attendance

• View your attendance calendar for any month
• See your overall attendance summary — total days, present, absent, and percentage
• Color-coded calendar: Green = Present, Red = Absent, Yellow = Leave

My Results

• View your exam results organized by examination
• See subject-wise marks, percentage, and grade
• Results appear once your teachers enter them

My Fees

• Summary cards showing total fees, amount paid, and pending balance
• Fee cards for each assigned fee with progress bar
• Installment details — due date, amount, payment status
• Payment history — all payments with date, mode, and amount
• Click "Receipt" on any payment to view and print the fee receipt

Online Exams

• Navigate to My Examination → Online Exams tab
• See all published exams for your class with schedule, duration, and marks
• Click Start Exam to begin — a countdown timer tracks your time
• Navigate questions with the grid, flag questions for review
• Answers are auto-saved as you go — no manual save needed
• Submit manually or the exam auto-submits when time expires
• Status badges: Submitted, InProgress, AutoSubmitted
• Objective questions are auto-evaluated; subjective questions await teacher grading

My Hostel

• View your hostel room allocation details (hostel, block, room, bed)
• View the current week's mess menu with dietary tags
• Check your hostel attendance history (morning/night roll calls)
• Submit maintenance or hostel complaints with status tracking
• View your visitor log
