Question Bank

Create, organize, and manage questions by class and subject for use in online exam papers.

Creating Questions

1. Navigate to Question Bank in the sidebar.
2. Select Branch, Class, and Subject.
3. Click "Add Question".
4. Choose Question Type and Difficulty Level.
5. Enter question text, marks, optional negative marks, and explanation.
6. Add options (for MCQ/MultiSelect/TrueFalse) or matching pairs (MatrixMatch).
7. Click Save.

Question Bank Collections

Questions are organized into named collections scoped to Class + Subject:

• Create a Collection — e.g., "C1-Maths Question Bank", "C5-Science Chapter 3".
• Add Questions — the same question can belong to multiple collections.
• Collections help organize questions for different exam types or chapters.

Editing & Deleting

• Edit — update question text, options, marks, or difficulty at any time.
• Delete — soft-deletes the question (removed from Question Bank but preserved in existing papers).
