Year-End Promotions

Bulk promote your students to the next class or section at the end of the academic year.

How to process promotions

1. Navigate to Promotions in the sidebar.
2. Ensure you switch the system's global context to the target (next) Academic Year if mapping it newly. Or do the process while in the source academic year context.
3. Select the Branch.
4. Choose the Source Class (e.g. Class 1) and optionally filter down.
5. Choose the Target Class (e.g. Class 2) you want to move them into.
6. Check off the students who successfully passed. Leave the others unchecked if they will repeat the class.
7. Click Execute Promotion. The selected students will be transferred across to the target class seamlessly.
